Shipping Issues
Damaged in Transit Email us immediately with photos at support@glydelabs.com. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
Lost Packages If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors
- Verify shipping address
- Wait 24 hours
- Contact us to resolve
Wrong Address Contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect address. We can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We cannot redirect packages after shipping.
